I picked up this Sleek blush trio as lately I felt I was just reaching for the same blushers and wanted to try something different. This blush trio has been out for a little while now and I had heard some good things about them so thought I’d give it a go.
The Califon.I.A palette consists of three cream blushes, two matte and one shimmer. Like all Sleek products the blushes are housed in a matte black case with a mirror in the lid. I always find the packaging of their products pretty sturdy and this is no exception, I’d definitely feel comfortable throwing this in my bag and knowing that it wasn’t going to open.
The colours of these blushes just make me think of summer; they’re all peachy coloured and the palette definitely suits the name Califon.I.A. The blushes are all highly pigmented, like all Sleek products, so a little goes a long way. I prefer to apply these using my stippling brush however I find that the also apply and blend well using fingertips. The blushes are easily blended and can be slowly built up if you are looking for a more intense look. The O.C is a peachy pink shade, The Surf is a pale shimmery peach and Newport Peach is a peachy orange shade.

I find that the two matte blushers have a lustre finish to them when they are applied, which I really like as it helps to create a little bit of a glow without any shimmer. Due to being slightly paler than the others the shades and with the added sparkle I find that The Surf also doubles as a highlighter. I think that these colours would suit most skin tones and a perfect for summer.
These cream blushers last really well and I normally notice slight fading after about 7-8 hours. These are great if you want to try a cream blush that is easy to blend and has mazing staying power.
Have you tried any of the other Blush by Three palettes? Are there any you would recommend? I think that Pumpkin might be next on my list!
