Sorry for the lack of posts lately, I’ve been doing a lot of extra hours at work and between that at going to the gym I’ve not had as much time as I would have liked for blogging. I’ve got a little break for the extra hours just now so I’m using it to try a write and schedule as many posts as I can.
Anyway, I thought I’d talk about the moisturiser that I’ve been using lately. I normally use Clarins Daily Energizer cream but when I saw the L’oreal Skin Perfection Correcting Day Moisturiser on offer I thought I’d give it a try. I already use the L’oreal Skin Perfection Micellar Water and the Skin Perfection Gel Cream face wash, so I thought the day cream would make a nice addition to my current skincare routine. There are numerous products in the Skin Perfection range including BB creams, face wipes and toners to name a few.
The Correcting Day Cream is designed for those in their 20’s and 30’s as it helps to target problems that are most prevalent in these ages such as enlarged pores, skin tone, texture and the first sign of lines. The cream comes in large square tub with a super bright shiny pink lid – it really helps to brighten up you’re mornings!
Inside is a slightly pink lightweight cream that doesn’t leave skin feeling greasy after application. I found that this leaves skin feeling really soft and smooth when applied. The day cream contains LHA which helps to improve the look of the first signs of lines as well as helping to improve the skins radiance. While Perline-P helps to improve skins tone, texture and helps with the appearance of pores.
I feel like it has minimised the look of my pores, I’ll be honest they weren’t overly large to start with but I really feel that using this has improved the overall appearance of my skin. It also didn’t break me out which I find can happen with a lot of moisturisers especially if they have a thick and creamy texture. I’d really recommend this to anyone who wants to try and improve the look of their skin but may be prone to breakouts from some moisturisers.
Have you tried any of the L’oreal Skin Perfection range? If you have do you have a favourite product?
