Benefit Gimme Brow Review

If you’ve not seen the new line of Benefit brow products, where have you been?  The brand recently relaunched their brow products in new packaging as well as releasing some brand new brow products too. With 13 products in their brow range and with varying shades there really is something for everyone.  I recently picked up two of their products, one which had been out previously, Gimme Brow and one new one Ka-Brow.  Today I’m going to be talking about Gimme Brow which I previously hadn’t tried before and after using it I really wish that I had tried it sooner and here why.

Gimme Brow is a tinted volumizing brow gel which helps to create fuller looking brows.  The brush is similar to that of a mascara wand, only a lot smaller, allowing for easy and precise application.  This was one of the products that received an update to the packaging which I think makes the product look more appealing and more expensive looking than the previous packaging.  Benefit also added a new shade to the Gimme Brow collection meaning that there are now three shades to choose from, 01 light, 03 Medium and 05 Deep.  I have shade 5 which is the darkest one available.  The thing I really like about the new collection is that all the shades have numbers so that you can easily find your shade across the range.

One of the main reasons that I love Gimme Brow is that you can wear it alone or with another brow products, like Ka brow, to give a more defined brow. I find that when worn on its own it helps to create a natural, fuller and more defined looking brow.  It is super quick to use, simply brush through brows and blend a little with an angled brush and you’re good to go!

I find that I spend much less time on my brows now than I used to when I was using a powder or a brow pencil but I feel that they look much better than they did.  If like me you don’t want to be spending a lot of time on your make-up if you’re going to work or just fancy defined but natural looking brows then I really recommend that you give Gimme Brow a go.  If you’re not sure about which shade you should go for check out the Benefit website where they have a handy guide you can follow or pop over to one of the counters, the girls are always friendly and really helpful and they’ll be able to show you how the products work too!

Your brows turned out great! And I have to say, you have gorgeous skin. So many of us are so hard on ourselves in that way, but I really mean it! And I also happy to see, as a young lady of 50, wink wink, that its lovely to see you aren’t ruining your skin with tanning. Keep it up. The sun is our worst enemy for wrinkles in the future. I am lucky that I stopped tanning, finally, in my 30s. Even though its not the most popular thing to do in Florida where everyone seems to have different degrees of a tan. But if you could see some of the older women here, after years of tanning, it would be enough to detour you. 🙂 Really enjoying your blog. Keep up the wonderful job. xo
